1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
• Interruption of service or Platform downtime
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data
• Technical malfunctions, errors, or failures in game software
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform

8k8app11's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 8k8app11 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination

8k8app11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2

Upon termination of your account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your 8k8app11 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 8k8app11 Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Players may also escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR where the dispute falls within PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 8k8app11 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.

14. Amendments to These Terms

8k8app11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.
